Can I buy Bubba without disk?

- You need access to a standard slotted screwdriver, a hex driver (size 2), and a USB memory stick, 256 MByte or larger, for the installation.
- The warranty doesn't apply if you would break anything during installation. Thus, you have to know what you are doing!
- We ship all screws and cables you need. The installation procedure is fairly simple, and described in detail in the Users manual.

Yes, you can! See our mini-shop for prices. It is however important to consider the following before doing so:
- Bubba doesn't work without disk! You have to install a disk yourself.
- The warranty doesn't apply if you would break anything during installation. Thus, you have to know what you are doing!
- You need access to a standard slotted screwdriver, a hex driver (size 2), and a USB memory stick, 128 MByte or larger, for the installation.
- BUBBA|SERVER is built to work with standard full-height 3.5" ATA (PATA) disks.
- We have successfully tested Seagate Barracuda, Hitachi Deskstar and Samsung Spinpoint disks, they all work as expected. We have had issues with wrong size reported by users of Western Digital 500 GB PATA disks, please avoid these.

What disks are you using?
For BUBBA|TWO:
80 GB: Seagate Barracuda / Maxtor Diamondmax. Decent noise levels and very good price.
500 GB and 1 TB: Western Digital Green Power disks. Excellent noise level, very low power and decent price.
For BUBBA|SERVER:
Seagate Barracuda for all sizes. Good noise levels and good price.
To what countries do you ship?
All of them! Bubbas works from any voltage (110-240V, 50-60 Hz) and we ship with mains cabling matching your countries standard.
What warranties apply?
We issue a one year warranty on the electronics, and three or five years on the disk. The disk warranty depends on the manufacturer - Seagate (Bubba Server and Bubba Two with 80 GB) has five years and Western Digital (Bubba Two with 500 GB and 1 TB) has three years.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Just return your product to us. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied, or even if you just changed your mind. Only the freight costs have to be paid by the customer.
